So How do I start a Pay group?

Your group members get notified automatically when the process is complete. Once invited, everyone on the team becomes a potential paygroupz member.

How do I know if I am a member?

Attempt to "LOG IN", or sign in. The system checks for your membership, by checking your cell phone number. Phone numbers are considered unique points of contact

What if I just want to send money for now?

Quick "SIGN UP" will get you into the system. You still don't belong to a group, unless you were invited.

What if I forgot my password

Paygroupz uses your phone number to contact you, in order to restore access to your account.

Suspicious fraudulent activity include (but are not limited to) using payment methods that don’t belong to user; multiple declines of the same card; a request for withdrawal of funds right after these funds were added to wallet (Paygroupz is not an ATM). In the case of an audit on suspicion of fraud, a member our legal team will request a picture of the party and a snapshot of the proper identification. A series of questions will be asked, and the conversations will be recorded.
In cases where further verification is needed, we reserve the right to carry out other forms of verification, which may involve video calls or contacting local authorities for assistance. We are big on combating fraud.

Open Mission: This type of group has one beneficiary, a start window but no end. Contribution amounts grow, as admin places requests on members, and members try to zero their account. Suitable for compounding contributions.
Rotating Receiver: Also called Njangi or SUSU, all members of this group type contribute equally to a pot, and at the end of a contribution period, one member takes that whole pot, and then contribution starts again. Each member will get their turn to receive the pot. The rotation is complete when all members have received an equivalent of what they put in. Group members here trust one another.
